Membership
All members of the American Nuclear Society who are under the age of 36 or who are within 5 years of graduation from an accredited educational institution are automatically registered as members of the Young Members Group at no additional cost.
For eligible members, membership in ANS YMG will not count as one of the two Professional Division memberships that are included in the annual ANS membership dues. ANS members who are age 36 or older and beyond the first 5 years after graduation, may enroll as YMG members by paying the fee for additional professional division membership and selecting YMG on their annual membership renewal form, as with any other Professional Divisions.
Join ANS as an Organization Member
As an Organization Member, your dues directly contribute to advancing the future of nuclear science and technology through the development of standards, representation in Washington, D.C., public outreach initiatives as part of the ANS Center for Nuclear Science and Technology Information, the distribution of research and knowledge through publications and ANS meetings, and much more. Add your organization's name to our continually expanding roster of nuclear industry leaders who value support and enhance their field.
For rates and more information see the online or print/mail application/renewal form. All memberships are on an anniversary cycle.
Get Recognized
Organization Members are recognized on the online Organization Member roster, with a complimentary link back to your website, and in the Nuclear News Buyers Guide. Organization Members exhibiting at the Winter Meeting also receive a special sign to display at their booth.
American Nuclear Society member dues are not used for contributions to political parties or candidates or for independent expenditures on behalf of parties or candidates. Less than 1/10 of 1.0% (or 0.1%) of dues money goes to lobbying efforts. In the case of someone at the $170 dues level, this would be 17 cents.
